If your child’s progress in the Study Center does not appear to be recorded correctly, please contact the CLAA office directly.  

When you reach out, explain the situation as clearly as possible. Include specific examples such as lesson names, activity names, dates, or screenshots that show what appears to be missing or incorrect.  

This information allows us to investigate the issue quickly and accurately so that your child’s records can be corrected.
