Access to courses in the Classical Liberal Arts Academy (CLAA) is tied to your active subscription. If monthly payments are paused or canceled, access to the CLAA Study Center will also be affected.
1. Account Suspension When Payments Stop
- If your monthly subscription is paused or canceled, your CLAA Study Center account is suspended.
- When an account is suspended:
  - Students cannot log in to the Study Center.
  - Courses and assessments are temporarily inaccessible.
  - Progress and records remain securely stored but are not available for review or use.
2. No Loss of Student Records
- Suspending an account does not delete any records.
- All grades, lesson history, instructional time, and assessment data are preserved.
- When a subscription is reactivated, students regain access to their courses and previous records immediately.
3. Resuming Access
- Access can be restored at any time by restarting a subscription.
- Once payment is processed, the student’s Study Center account is reactivated and all courses, grades, and reports are available again.
- There are no re-enrollment fees or penalties for resuming.
4. Previously Purchased Individual Courses
- If a student has purchased individual course enrollments in the past, access to those specific courses remains permanent, even if the subscription is canceled.
- Only subscription-based access is suspended when monthly payments stop.
5. Recommended Action Before Canceling
- If you plan to pause or cancel a subscription, make sure to download or review any needed records beforehand.
- To resume, simply log in to your account at:
  and start a new subscription.
