It’s important to understand that CLAA transcripts are not manually created or based on parent reporting—they are produced entirely from student activity recorded in the Study Center. This means that only work completed during the selected transcript period will appear. If a student wants a course or grade to be included on a transcript, that work must be completed in the Study Center within the transcript’s start and end dates.

This ensures that every transcript accurately reflects the student’s true academic history and mastery of the material.
