Student accountability in the Classical Liberal Arts Academy is maintained through a structured, mastery-based academic model that requires consistent engagement and demonstrated achievement. Rather than relying on live instruction or scheduled classes, CLAA courses are designed to guide students through a rigorous progression of lessons, quizzes, and written assessments—each of which must be completed with mastery before advancing.
Within the CLAA Study Center, all student activity is logged and measured. This includes time spent in each course, progress through lessons, assessment results, and assignment submissions. Parents and students can view detailed records at any time, and formal progress reports and transcripts are available upon request.
This system encourages students to take personal responsibility for their education. Mastery, not mere participation or completion, determines success. The absence of live instruction is offset by structured course design, performance-based evaluation, and tools that make accountability visible and measurable.
