1. What the Monthly Enrollment Plan Includes
When you enroll with a monthly subscription, your student receives:
- Full access to all CLAA online courses
- Graded assessments and record keeping
- Access to the CLAA Study Center
- Official progress reports and transcripts
- Standard support from the Academy office
There are no limits on the number of courses a student may work on at one time, allowing families to build a study plan suited to their own goals and pace.
2. Enrollment Plan Options
There are two monthly enrollment options:
- Student Plan: $25 per month for one student
- Family Plan: $100 per month for all students in the same household
You may upgrade from the Student Plan to the Family Plan at any time. There are also annual special plans that provide a discount if paid in full for the year.
3. How Billing Works
When you subscribe, your payment is processed automatically each month through the payment method you choose at checkout. Your student’s course access remains active as long as your subscription remains active. There are no contracts or long-term commitments, and you can cancel at any time.
4. How Course Access Works
With an active monthly plan:
- Students may request enrollment in any course through the CLAA Study Center.
- Course enrollment is approved once the subscription is verified.
- Students may add or drop courses at any time.
- All courses remain accessible as long as the subscription is active.
If the subscription is canceled, course access ends immediately. If you re-subscribe later, you can request course access again without losing past progress, since your work remains in the system.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription directly from your CLAA account:
- Update payment information

- Add additional students if moving to a Family Plan

6. Beginning Studies
After subscribing:
1. Request a Study Center account for each student if you haven’t already.
2. Log in to the Study Center.
3. Request course enrollments for the subjects you want to begin.
