The Classical Liberal Arts Academy (CLAA) is designed to make enrollment flexible for families with multiple students. Each child must have their own student account in the CLAA Study Center to maintain accurate academic records, time logs, grades, and transcripts. Families can choose between multiple Student Plans or a single Family Plan.
1. Individual Student Accounts
- Every student, regardless of age or grade level, must have their own Study Center account.
- Each account tracks:
- Course enrollments
- Lesson and assessment activity
- Instructional time
- Grades, progress reports, and transcripts
- Sharing one account between multiple children is not permitted, as it would prevent accurate academic records for each student.
2. Multiple Student Plan Enrollments
- Families may enroll each child separately using individual Student Plans.
- Each Student Plan costs $25/month and includes:
- Access to all courses
- Graded assessments
- Progress reports and transcripts
- Academic support
- This option works well for families with one or two children, or for families who prefer to manage each student’s subscription individually.
3. Family Plan Enrollment
- Families with multiple students can choose the Family Plan for $100/month.
- The Family Plan provides:
- Full access to all CLAA courses for all family members
- Graded assessments for each student
- Progress tracking and reporting for each individual account
- Access to academic support and tutoring options
- This is the most cost-effective option for families with several students enrolled at the same time.
4. Enrollment Process for Each Child
- Choose either multiple Student Plans or a single Family Plan.
- Request a separate Study Center account for each student.
- Once accounts are active, request course enrollments from within each student’s account.
- Each student’s coursework, grades, and reports remain separate and organized.
5. Managing Multiple Accounts
- Parents can manage billing and subscriptions through their main account:
- All student activity is recorded individually, making it easy to generate progress reports or transcripts for each child.
