Enrolling in the Classical Liberal Arts Academy (CLAA) is a simple, step-by-step process that gives families flexibility to begin studies at any time. Students may enroll in individual courses or subscribe for full access to the curriculum. Once enrollment arrangements are made, students request a Study Center account and select their courses.
Step 1. Make Enrollment Arrangements
The CLAA offers two main options for enrollment: purchasing courses individually or subscribing to an enrollment plan.
Option 1: Purchase Course Enrollment
You may purchase enrollment in one or more courses individually. These courses have no expiration date and may be completed at the student’s own pace. Enrollment is available year-round, and students may begin immediately after setup.
Tip: Interest-free payment plans are available through PayPal’s “Pay Later” option.
Option 2: Subscription Enrollment
You may also choose a subscription plan, which provides access to all courses without purchasing each individually. Course access continues as long as the subscription remains active. Available plans include:
- Student Plan Subscription: $25 per month for one student
- Family Plan Subscription: $100 per month for all family members
- Student Plan Special: $250 for one year (two months free)
- Family Plan Special: $1000 for one year (two months free)
Each plan provides access to CLAA’s classical curriculum and standard support services.
Step 2. Request Study Center Account
After your enrollment arrangements have been made, you must request a student account on the CLAA Study Center.
Visit the Study Center and submit the account request form for each student.
Once your enrollment is confirmed, the account will be activated.
If a student already has an active Study Center account, move on to the next step.
Step 3. Request Course Enrollments
When the student account is active, log in to the Study Center to request course access.
Browse the course list, open the desired course, and click “Request Enrollment.”
The Academy office will verify your enrollment (either individual course purchase or active subscription) before approving access.
You can add additional courses at any time by repeating this step. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Tip: All student activity in the Study Center is recorded for official reporting. Only request enrollment in courses you wish to be included in your student’s record.
Step 4. Begin Your Studies
Once course enrollment requests are approved, the student can begin learning.
Log in to the Study Center, open the enrolled courses, and work through lessons at your own pace.
There are no deadlines or fixed schedules. This allows students of all ages to study with flexibility, whether in a homeschool environment or for personal enrichment.
