In the CLAA Studium (Study Center), every course has a Support Forum at the top of the course page for this purpose.  On the Support forums, students can post any questions they have about lessons, lectures, assignments, quizzes, etc., in their courses and receive helpful responses from fellow students and staff members.  All students are directed to the Support forums any time they need help with a course.
