The CLAA program provides parents and students with on-demand academic reporting tools directly in the Study Center. These reports can be generated in real time from the right-hand menu at any point during the year. This gives families immediate access to accurate records of academic activity and progress.
Available Reports
- Term – Detail: Shows detailed course activity for a selected academic term, including lessons completed, grades, and instructional time for each course.
- Term – Summary: Provides a clean, high-level overview of course grades and instructional time totals for the selected term.
- Year – Summary: Combines the four academic terms (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) into a single annual summary, including cumulative time and performance data for all courses.
- Transcript – Detail: Displays a full, detailed record of every course activity, exam, and instructional time entry across all terms.
- Transcript – Summary: Presents a clean transcript view suitable for official use, showing completed courses, grades, instructional time, and cumulative academic information.
How the Reports Work
- All reports are generated automatically from live data stored in the Study Center.
