Yes.  Two options are available:

Mr. Michael, the Academy headmaster, is available for parents and adult students with brief questions or problems that need immediate attention. 

For lengthier meetings to discuss lessons or assessment, curriculum issues, homeschool planning, school administration, etc., a private meeting must be scheduled.
