25% Score
You have been assigned a score of 25%. This means that it not evident that your work is accurate, complete and/or honest. You need to review the lesson, complete the assignment properly and re-submit for grading. You should NOT advance to the next tasks or lessons in this course, but continue working on the current lesson.
Problems to check for:
- Assignment instructions not followed
- One or more questions not answered
- Answers are not sufficient for this level of study.
- Several answers are incorrect.
- Answers not drawn from lesson.
- Answers appear to be taken from an outside source/copied. (Resubmission will not be allowed.)

50% Score
You have been assigned a score of 50%. This means that it is somewhat evident that your work is accurate, complete and honest, but not enough to move on in the course. You need to review the lesson, complete the assignment properly and re-submit for grading. You should NOT advance to the next tasks or lessons in this course, but continue working on the current lesson.

- One or more questions not answered.
- All answers should be separated and numbered.
- Make sure your outline includes at least one point for each paragraph in the reading.
- One or more answers incorrect.
- Student does not appear to understand the lesson.
- Answers need to be written more clearly.
- Answers are not sufficient for this level of study.
- Need to practice good grammar when writing.
- Use formatting to help your reader(s).
- Answers need to show more knowledge of lesson content.
- Answers should be written in complete sentences.
- Answers not drawn from lesson.
- Answers appear to be taken from an outside source/copied.
75% Score
You have been assigned a score of 75%. This means that it is evident your work is accurate, complete and honest, and you may move on in the course, but not evident enough to earn a perfect score. You may advance to the next task or lesson in this course, but should re-submit the assessment for a perfect score in the future.

Congratulations! You have been assigned a score of 100%. This means that it is very evident your work is accurate, complete and honest. You may consider this assignment finished and advance to the next task or lesson in this course.
Please note that a 100% score does not mean that everything in an assignment is perfect. Some errors can go unnoticed by the grader.
Review, Revise & Re-submit!
While a low score may be disappointing, you may always improve your work until a perfect score is obtained. Review your lesson and assignment, revise your answers and re-submit for re-grading.

If a student struggles to earn desired scores, it may be a sign that tutoring is needed. Tutoring can help a student to learn how to complete assignments independently in the future.
