Subscription fees are non-refundable once course content has been accessed. Because CLAA subscriptions provide immediate access to all course materials and digital resources, refunds are not issued after login and use of the Study Center begins.

Individual course fees may be refunded only if the course has not been accessed. If you purchased a single course but have not yet viewed its content, you may contact the Academy to request a refund. Once a course has been opened or used, the payment becomes non-refundable.
