Aesop's Fables for Little Children
On the course recommendations, you will see that we list Aesop's Fables for children as young as Kindergarten. We don't expect little children to complete the Aesop's Fables assessments. At that age, we recommend the course simply for reading and becoming familiar with the fables and the morals they teach. It would be helpful for the children to draw pictures of the fables. This helps them to visualize what is going on in the story and also helps you to see that they understand the moral, even if in a very simple way. It also allows you to have the little ones participate in the lessons the older children are studying. You can have multiple ages working on the same lesson--older children answering the comprehension questions and working on the quiz, and the youngest children drawing pictures.
